as an 11-year veteran at deloitte consulting, focused on transformation, most known for my attributes in business resilience, enterprise-wide growth strategies and cross-industry innovation. most recently, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, i’ve leveraged my influential relationship management skills to intricately weave connections across the firm. i’ve worked to redesign and improve firmwide business processes by effectively navigating a matrixed, complex and constantly changing environment. my leadership during unprecedented times, such as the COVID-19 era, included driving performance against hypergrowth strategies (~$6B business) highlighting my strengths in navigating ambiguity, ability to shift across business environments and creative problem-solving capabilities during challenging times. 

beyond corporate work, in 2015 i took a bold step into entrepreneurship, launching an athleisure boutique and wellness studio located in Washington, DC, that i owned and operated for four years. this journey eventually led to evolving my retail business into services and resulted in individual collaborations with high-profile celebrities, professional athletes and major league sports clients in various capacities. i’ve provided personal and brand management, strategic advising, wardrobe styling, and visual storytelling services resulting in high client satisfaction.
